Mistyped a date, time, or city? Instead of a refund, every order includes one free correction within 7 days of purchase: fix your birth details and we regenerate your PDF from scratch at no extra cost. Your delivery email contains a personal one-time correction link, or you can request (or open) it any time at rashikundali.com/regenerate using your order ID and purchase email. The link works once only, so please double-check every field before submitting.
A refund (or free resend) applies only for a genuine technical payment failure on our end — for example, you were charged more than once for the same order, or your payment was deducted but the report was never generated or delivered despite our retries. In these cases we will resend your report or refund the duplicate/failed charge in full.

Verified duplicate/failed-payment refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund or resend is initiated. Refunded orders lose download access to the report.
Filing a bank or gateway dispute for a report that was generated and delivered is treated as misuse. We maintain server-side delivery records (generation and download timestamps) and submit them as proof of fulfilment to the payment provider in any dispute. Orders with reversed payments are blocked from further downloads.
