Shri Kundali sells a single digital product: a personalized Kundali PDF report, generated instantly and automatically from the birth details you provide. Because the report is created and delivered the moment you complete payment, there is no physical product, shipping, or waiting period involved.
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, report generation begins immediately. Because the report is a digital good that is consumed at the point of delivery, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds after an order has been placed and generation has started — this includes cases where you change your mind, entered incorrect birth details, or are unhappy with the astrological content of the report.
Please double-check your name, date of birth, time of birth and birthplace before submitting payment, as these directly determine the contents of your report.
The one situation where a refund or resend applies is a technical payment error — for example, if you were charged more than once for the same order, or your payment was deducted but the report was never generated or delivered due to a technical fault on our end. In these cases we will either resend your report at no extra cost or refund the duplicate/failed charge in full.
